Shipping, Exchanges, Refunds & In Store Pickup


All packages that are not pre-order will ship within 3 business days of payment received. You will receive a confirmation email once your package is on its way to you! 

Pre Orders

We are thrilled to be able to offer pre orders on some of our hardest to get items! We always do our best to predict an accurate ship date but due to circumstances beyond our control, please be aware that shipping and customs delays are very common and do occur. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AND CANNOT CANCEL PRE-ORDERS DUE TO DELAYS OR BECAUSE YOU'VE CHANGED YOUR MIND ON AN ITEM BEFORE IT ARRIVES. Some items can be delayed by many weeks due to manufacturing problems or delays from Asia and although this is uncommon, it is important that before you place a pre-order to understand that dates are always approximate and some items will arrive early and some late. We are more than happy to offer you a store credit on absolutely anything you purchase at any time but please do not place a pre-order if you need it by an certain date or if you are unsure about a product as we would hate to disappoint you when/if any delays occur. Pre orders are perfect for you if you love the item, you know you want it regardless of when it arrives and you want to guarantee the items availability to you. The only items we put up for pre order are the ones that will almost sell out before they arrive in store. 

In Store Pickup 

We are thrilled to be able to offer an in store pickup program! Just select 'in store pickup' at checkout and we will process your order promptly and have it ready for a quick and easy pick up process at our boutique in South Surrey! This service is free of charge and all that we ask is that you try and pick your item up within a few days of receiving your 'ready for pickup' email. We have very limited storage space so items left longer than 3 weeks will be transferred to our warehouse. Items left 60 days may be sent back to stock or donated to local charity. If for any reason you can't pick up your item within this time frame, you should give us a call and we'll be more than happy to arrange a way to get it to you or extend the storage time frame. Please, please, please DO NOT use the in store pickup option if you can't come to pick your order up within a month.

Lost Mail

Crush is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. We always send our items with a reliable carrier and all items are professionally tracked. If your package has been lost or stolen from your property, we will be happy help you through the process of making a claim through Canada Post, however we are a small business and we are not able to just refund or replace stolen, lost or missing items like Amazon does. We will however take every possible step to ensure that your package gets to you safely and we will be there for you through the entire process of any insurance claim or police report that need to be filed. 

Exchanges and Refunds

We make exchanges easy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just send it back to our South Surrey boutique and we will issue you a store credit that can be used both in-store and online. Our store credits can be used on absolutely anything (even pre-orders!) and they never expire. Shipping and duties are not refundable to a store credit.

We do not process refunds under any circumstances.
