What Payments do you accept?

We Accept all major credit cards, we are also able to accept PayPal payments and have recently added the option to pay with Sezzle!

What is your return policy?

We want you to be thrilled with whatever treasures you purchase at ShopCrush.ca so if for any reason you don't love the fit or style of the item you've received, we will happily offer you a store credit that never expires and can be used both in store and online! We aren't picky about time lines, as long as you get it back to us within 100 days of purchase, we'll be happy to issue you that shop credit. After 100 days, items are considered final sale. 

Please note that we do not process refunds and that shipping charges are never refunded in the form or a refund or store credit. 

 

What countries do you ship to?

The world is your oyster and whatever corner of this beautiful planet you live in, we will happily ship to you!

I’m unsure about a size, how do I find this info?

Fell free to contact us anytime regarding size and fit! Just let us know what item you’ve got your pretty little eyes on and one of our stylist will get back to you! It's always best to call the shop at 604-531-8421 or you can email us at info@shopcrush.ca or send us a DM on Instagram or Facebook.

 When will my order ship?

Your items will ship within 3 business days! Shipping times can vary by location but we will be sure to let you know when your order has boarded its flight on its way to you and we’ll send you all the deets on when to expect your package to arrive. Sometimes we post items as pre-orders, generally this will be clearly noted in the item description. 

 Do you offer wholesale pricing on large orders?

Of course! We value your business and if you are buying in bulk, we will reward that with VIP service as well as percentage discounts. Contact us for more info!

 Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes! Just search gift cards on our site and you'll find all sorts of denominations available that you can use both in store and online! 

I want to talk to you about carrying my brand!

First of all, thank you for thinking of us! We know first hand how much TLC goes into your business and we are honoured that you would think of us to carry it! Our buyers are available to view your brand 7 days a week, just email us at info@shopcrush.ca and we will review your product and send you feedback on why it will or will not work for our store. You can also tag us on Facebook or Instagram if you want us to check out your post! We do our best to respond to every tag!

 I’m obsessed with my outfit and I want to tag you on my Instagram feed, what hashtag should I use?

Yay! We couldn’t be happier that you love what you bought and how lucky are we that you want to tag us!!? Use the hashtag #shopcrush and be sure to tag us @crushclothing, we will follow you on Instagram and we also give out dozens of awesome prizes throughout the year to those who tag us so watch your inbox girl!
